Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

This person will be responsible for leading the strategic business and financial planning for a rapidly growing multi-national high performance consumer IC company.

Responsibilities Include:

1. Establishing and leading the Annual Operating Plan and periodic forecasting processes to ensure the company's objectives and strategies are accurately reflected in annual financial plan and subsequent forecasts.

2. Analyzing and reportingbusiness, regional, financial and operational results compared to budget and forecast for revenue, margin, expenses, headcount, capital expenditures and cash flows.

3. Working directly with executives and management to establishworld-wide systems, processes, proceduresand communications that result in clear and efficient planning, forecasting, analysis and reporting.

4. Providing product, project and program management analyses, including ROI and other cost / benefit assessments as well as on-going updates and modifications throughout product life or development cycle.

5. Identifying and implementing cost control and cost containment initiatives, ensuring that the business is run in a cost effective manner.

6. Performing ad hoc analysis as requested or needed.

7. Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and government regulations, including SOX404 and tax structures.

Required Education, Experience, and Skills:

Corporate Controller

Seeking an experienced highly motivated Corporate Controller to manage and direct the Company's accounting and financial planning functions to help lead a successful and growing fables semi-conductor company.

Responsibilities Include:

1. Leadership - serve as a key member of the Company's leadership team and be required to provide direction to support the growth of the business globally.

2. Accounting, Reporting & Compliance- ensure accurate and timely reporting of the Company's financial statements in accordance with GAAP, SEC, SOX 404 and federal and state tax and international laws. Manage and supervise the accounting team and close process.

3. Systems, Processes and Controls - responsible for the selection, implementation, and maintenance of the company-wide internal financial controls and information systems.

Qualifications:

1. 10+ years' experience in finance and accounting, with significant experience with SEC Reporting and SOX compliance and 5 years management experience.

2. Accounting/Finance degree, CPA preferred.

Responsible for worldwide month-end and quarter-end close coordination. General responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following.

Responsibilities Include:

1. Coordinate worldwide monthly and quarterly close.

4. Consolidation and intercompany activity.

Qualifications:
